Will this work for a 2005 ML350...b4 I choke my husband lol it got stuck in the frigid winter temps. We have cut out the grill & tried every way possible & he’s saying pulling the wheel is not going to work either....I am so frustrated & can’t drive my vehicle cuz it needs oil
