2008-2016 Chevrolet Cruze - Door Lock Actuator Replacement

Am I understanding this correctly? I had to remove the window to replace the door lock actuator?

I just watched another video where they did not remove the window or tracks and was still able to replace the actuator. Might be easier with the window out, but possibly not completely necessary.

Nice video. One question: When the window regulator bracket was in its lower position and you dropped the window glass and slid it into the two open table , how did you roll the window up to bring it to align with the upper two holes in order to have access to tight these two bolts. Did you just plug the electrical connector back into window power switch and turned on the ignition to roll it up or were you able to pull it up some how manually?
