Now someone when they did my breaks they took something off under the hood so the break fluid will be ok. Now is that needed to be done before messing with the breaks? Thank you 🙏🏾

I crack open the bleed valve built into it when compressing the brake pad assembly while also making sure its raised up so it doesn't keep draining fluid. Worked for me. Maybe not by the book. Not sure. Felt like if the fluid had nowhere to go it might damage something in the system.

125 ft/lbs for the caliper braket , 25 ft/lbs for the caliper pins , 100 ft/lbs for the lug nuts .
