Update - Replacing Crankshaft sensor didn’t take care of the engine light. I proceeded to replace both cam sensors still no luck. Broke down and went to a trustworthy mechanic and it was the timing chain. 😥. 2,500 dollars later all good. I did not try and do the timing chain myself. The mechanic stated one of the tensioner broke but I had no noise. The chain had flex because of the broke tensioner. It was out of time by 5 degrees throwing the engine light. I got a 3yr 36K Warrenty with the job. Still cheaper than buying another vehicle.

@@willmas138113 the truck would idle rough at times. It just seemed like something was off. Then it started throwing the codes. So I replaced all the sensors but still same issue. The mechanic was able to diagnose the timing was off by a certain degree with his tools. He said that the truck was giving the codes as a warning. If you don’t fix it the timing will get worse. It is an interfering engine so that means things will start to hit each other and break apart internally if you don’t fix it soon.

@@willmas138113 yes that is what mine did. I never got a VCT warning. My sons truck had bad VCT’s because when you drove up a hill slow it would stall. We replaced the VCT’s and the problem went away. He never got a code on his but that is what it was. It’s cheap to replace those but if that doesn’t do it you should stop driving and saving up for the timing belt replacement.

@@willmas138113 don’t buy aftermarket VCT’s get OEM. My sons were aftermarket that went bad. He has had no issue of stalling since we replaced with OEM.
