Factory stereo can be reprogrammed with the proper tool for both odd and even number after the decimal. Or you can simply install a high-end aftermarket system which most clients prefer to do.

jmnzuswd I'll buy that US factory car radio from Hummer and ship or import to the Philippines? US Car radios with 0.2 MHz steps are designed for the Americas, The Philippines, South Korea, Palau, Micronesia, etc. FM convertor with RF OUTPUT MODULATOR for Japanese (76 - 90 MHz and US (87.9 - 107.9) FM frequencies to tune via 87.50 MHz to 108.00 MHz in 0.05 MHz or 0.1 MHz steps European FM. (It was sold in Malaysia). AM have slight problem on both 9 kHz and 10 kHz. Example: tune to 870 kHz on your US car radio at 873 kHz AM frequency but it's 3 kHz off.

Factory G.M. stereo systems all have an anti-theft feature. If removed from any vehicle, they automatically assume it is theft, and the stereos stop working. If installed on another vehicle, one would need the correct G.M. programming tool and the proper programming codes (only available to G.M. dealers), of have some very good hacking skills, to re-activate the factory stereos. When we remove factory stereos from vehicles, these normally go to electronic waste recycling. We do not keep these. It is simply cheaper and easier to buy an aftermarket new stereo.
