totally awesome, can't thank you enough. My fan sounds like an alien on steroids, gonna tackle this today! For other's, I might suggest testing the blower soon as the electrical connector is reattached before reassembling the dash. This might save some rework in the unlikely case where cheap generic replacement motor is bad or some foreign object inside the system is causing the noise or physical interference.

While driving home yesterday, there was a clunk and load sound coming from the A/C blower area. After taking it apart, thanks to this video, we found a small rodent was caught in the blower wheel. Don't know how in the world this small rodent ever got into the vehicle but never-or-less, the blower was not damaged and still running after 200K miles. I can understand the frustration that people have in any vehicle. Yes...we had Toyotas and Hondas, who claimed to be quality vehicle only to find them poor quality. Even the 2017 Corolla panel rocker fell off, the carpet had worn spots, and now engine issues after 30K miles. The 2008 Corolla starter motor failed after 84K miles, interior parts are fallen off and again, claim is one thing, but reality is another.

We had our 2001 done a few months ago, for heat, could this go again that quickly for the a/c? I'm going to see if I can get my teen son to tackle it. Is the 2001 the same set up as 2008?

Thank you...On the 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. You need a T-15 and not T-20. Great video

I have the same issue on my 2010 T&C. This makes it problem 13 or 14. This vehicle is the biggest POS I've ever owned. Never again will I buy a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep.

I do understand but the Pacifica, the T&C replacement is not the same animal. I do own one and love it, despite the issues found. Especially for travel and Home Depot/Lowes runs. We took ours apart and found a small rodent caused the wheel to be unbalance. In the end, this vehicle now running over 200K is still on the road.
