Hi! Why is unstable at high speed? Can something be done about it? Have you experencied the unstable on highways?

its because of the bikes suspension geometry.. its pretty steep.. thats why it can be unsettled much easier than a chopper for example.. you can buy a steering damper from ducati or another brand for it.. this should fix the problem

I have a 2010 796, im 5’9 I can almost flat foot it. Its lower than most dirt bikes but still a tad tall. Either on the balls of my feet or just put one leg down when stoped

I’m tip toes, very tip toes but not once did I drop it. I’ve ridden the scramblers and loved them but felt a bit heavy for a ‘scrambler’ but generally lovely bikes

@@JuniorMotorcycles I am 5 7 and 30+ inseam but was not tip toes on the Desert Sled with low seat. Is the Hypermotard 796 seat too wide? Is the Hypermotard too stiff suspensionwide? I had a Desert Sled and a Scrambler icon and thinking of the 796 Hyper! Have you encountered any reliability issues with the Hyper 796?
