So I have a the 2007 silverado 5.3 v8. The newer 08 body style. Wondering, what makes this an 09-13 fit? Is there more than just it's shape, that it wouldn't fit an 07 or 08? 🤔🤷🏼‍♂️

I’m assuming you clamped the breather hose. Or do you not need to?

K&N does not show a clamp on the breather hose in their instructions.

This should come oiled. The only time you would have to oil this is when you clean it!

Real quick if anyone has answers, do most aftermarket bumpers for the 2011 silverado 1500 fit the 2011 sierra 1500?

Yeah they have the same frame and typically only change the bodylines and interiors that's from 07.5 to 2013

Yes, fits my ‘13 4x4 rado just fine. Sounds more aggressive at WOT. Next is to looking into the tbs and exhaust.

@Aaron McVeigh the metal absorbs way more heat than plastic does thus sending warm air into the motor . Cooler the better obviously when it comes to any intake. I personally would have chosen the metal one too just because of looks but I did a little research on it first and went with the plastic. You'd be amazed how hot it gets under your hood!

Yes it was the fuel sensor on fuel pump
