Hello, thank you for the video. Im at a loss with mine. It was running with a spun rod bearing and i just rebuilt it but now it will not even try to start. I get the following codes and i think I did the timing correct. I have removed valve covers again to check and the locking plates sit perfectly flat on all 4 cams. I feel like its crankshaft related... is it possible that i had the engine 360 out when i set the cam gears? I installed new chains, tensioners and guides. Thanks again Jason

Sorry to hear that. Yes, I you set the timing wrong you won't have compression when turning the engine.

How did you adjust the cams to the correct timing after you put the crank stop pin in

BMW N63 timing tools. The machined flats have to be up on all cams.
