One of the favorite rides I ever have done in my life was up the backside of Mount lemmon on an old it250 in light snow on regular tires, still enough dirt under the snow for grip but man was it beautiful

husqvarna and bmw would in fact compete if they are in the same segment and market (in this case, the bmx g450x is the closest match). despite being owned by bmw, it is still a separate entity and they report different numbers. "internal" cannibalization is always a concern for manufacturers, so the goal is to make them different enough and not just rebadged models. true if someone opts for a husqvarna over a bmw, it's still a win for the bmw group, but goal is to get customers for each brand.

he's right trust me a 450 doesn't do 0-60 in 7.5 MCN did a review and got 6.1 and they were complaining nonstop about the tires and said probably 5 or less if they swapped supermotos on it

4 strokes are fun and all, but when i ride them... i am always scared because of teh hot pipe + the fear of it blowing up easily, because every 4 stroke i have ever own has always blown up in a month or so after the engine rebuild. And i ride it calmly in the woods. On a 2 stroke however, i am not scared at all! No fear of it blowing up, no hot pipe, and much more fun to riding! Sorry for my bad english :(

I have the same type of question as "Martins." Did those passenger foot pegs come standard on the bike ? I have the 2010 TE510 model in Australia, but it did not include rear pegs. Thanks for your bike review.

I prefer my Husqvarna. 1982 250CR. Air-cooled, two-stroke, and when it gets on the pipe it feels about 40x faster than my 5.9L Dakota.

My modded ktm 500 exc does 60 in about 4-5 seconds. Running a jdjetting tuner, knn air filter, fmf snap, smaller sprocket, and lots more. Seems like you could really use a tuner for that bike.

You got off the bike on the difficult side. The bike leans left with the kickstand down, so it will be easier to climb off the bike from the left.
