Bought one of these for my daughter new, back in 17. No issues. Again, No Issues with the car. Now being used by my daughter-in-law and still, No Issues in 75K miles. Try not to be so disregarding, this car is a way better choice than a Wrangler in terms of daily driving on the pavement for someone starting out. I did get the 7 year unlimited mile warranty and we have not used it yet :(

I always hate how there's "Oh the CR-V / HR-V will do 300,000 no problem" - no freaking way is that 1.5 turbo and CVT combo making it that far without major work. MAYBE the 2.0 N/A? But Honda has had issues with reliability and transmissions yet just gets a magic pass...

This car doesn’t have the best powertrain, smoothest transmission, best put-together interior, best predicted reliability, or best driving dynamics, but it has character which isn’t something you can say about most crossovers on the road. It can also outperform most Subarus in light off roading duties. It’s also an excellent vehicle for someone who is over 6-feet tall. I’ve owned my 2021 Trailhawk for about a year now and couldn’t be happier.
