Thank you for posting this video. I was having difficulty aligning the bellows properly, not realizing that the hole in the spring seat was there for alignment. I knew there must have been some kind of trick because repeatedly installing/removing/adjusting is very inefficient and I can't imagine a Lexus dealer tech doing that!

Nice video but I would just buy strut assemblies and forget the KYB parts because compressing those springs can be dangerous. You get a one piece part that is ready to install right away.

Great video, nice explained, basic tools people we can do this ourselves and save hundreds of dollars in labors, believe me take your lexus RX350 to dealers and ask them for a estimate, you will be shock.! Thoses are thieves.

You're right. We got ours replaced under our extended warranty, they charged the warranty 6 grand for all 4 struts. 1 year later, they have blown up again because they didn't put the rubber boot back on the struts so i have to do it again! This time, I'll do it myself. Lexus service departments are a bunch of thieves.

Do you know the parts number for the KYB rear coil spring rubber insulator, and where to buy it? The mechanic who installed my shocks mangled the rubber pieces so my car makes noises going over bumps.
