I have a few questions 1. Were any of the royals especially picky eaters? 2. How often did the menus change (either items added or taken off)? 3. Did the Royals all eat the same meals as each other on a given day, or could each individual pick different ones? 4. Did you ever get to introduce new dishes to the royal family (either from your own experiences or experimentation with existing items)? 5. Are there any members of the Royal Family that you never got to cook for but wish you could have? I think cooking for King George VI would have been interesting.

Absolutely love your videos and can't wait for the next one. A proper Sunday dinner is aspirational and loved your full English breakfast! Your daughter is absolutely lovely and stunning. I have received for Christmas your latest cookbook and a sweatshirt that I has asked for. I would suggest you seek another vendor for your merchandise. Sweatshirt is of poor quality and "Winston" is a decal. Perhaps consider a higher end vendor, although the price may increase for purchase, I would rather spend a bit more on more quality product. You might want to consider a chef jacket as well as part of your merch.

Would you have worked for her for the rest of your career, moved on to another employer, or done what you're doing today? I think you said you had the option of staying on in another royal kitchen but decided instead to move to the US to do your own catering business.
