This is stupid. Some Hyundai engineer should rot in a cell for this. All they had to do was provide a hole in the sheet metal immediately beneath the twist lock lamp holder. Stick your fingers through the hole, twist, remove the holder, replace the lamp, re-assembly is the reverse.

I failed a NYS inspection for the same reason under the safety item: Lighting and Reflectors. Btw, last year I failed due to a minor crack in the rear brake reflector even though it was taped over with red reflector tape I got from Auto Zone. Replacing the whole assembly was no &$)& joke.
