As much as many hated that COT, this was its crowning glory banner race right here. I mean, EIGHTY-EIGHT lead changes!!!! TWENTY-NINE different race leaders!!!! The Gen 6 hasn't come close to a FRACTION of that number. NASCAR must've done something right with the COT if it could run this great at Daytona and Talladega.

2000-1 was amazing, indeed. This, though, is even better because they could erase a gap of over half a lap to take the lead. Those who objected to the two-car superdrafts - specifically Brian France - were ignoring how it was evolving back to pack racing after the 2011 season - we saw that evolution in the 2013 Truck 250 at Talladega. The only thing that was bad about the tandems was the second-place car would push the leader out front, then just stay there and refuse to pass. By 2013 that was changing.

This race is a perfect example of WHY we need at least 3 attempts at a Green White Checkered Overtime finish, we wouldn't have had the fantastic photo finish without it! Now it's unlimited, I hope NASCAR never changes it again!

I think I saw the stqarting grid backwards. It's not starting at Row 22. It's starting on Row 1 where it allways starts.

Yeahhh pack racing has been ruined since 2011.A little better last year but still sucked to me. We'll see with the new changes with the 14' plate package. But the best racing was in 2000-2002 with the wicker fin(or whatever you call it) across the roof. The nationwide ran it until 2011 as well. Bottom line IMO, Nascar tried too hard to appeal to the "New Era" fans.And ruined what true fans loved. I'm only 19 but I can say that I know fans 40+ would agree

3 wide no passing is not good racing I fall asleep every race from it being so boring. late 90's-2008 was awesome If someone had a good car they could make passes no prob not this follow the leader and pray. Drop down block lean on them steal there air and back and forth. Need to take away handling maybe a smaller tire or something so they can get away from the small plate.

The cars these days are so unstable that any attempt to pass needs to be carefully planned. Constantly forcing your way always seems to lead to a wreck these days, and due to the size of the cars, any wrecks in the same vein of 2005 would literally take out the entire field, And I mean like 35 cars....

Montoya. I start love that m.f. long ago when he come in Formula 1. Ewerubody acting some cooler . Him, Fuck MOVE M:F: or colecting parts of your car. Sadly he never have best car. But.... what they do with BMW .... to MCL or Ferrary.... painfull to watch. Like destroy babis toys.
