@@TEAMR4ULTV one of my 16mm bolt heads snapped off 🤦🏻‍♂️ I managed to put another bolt on the thread sticking out for now and it’s done up tight- is this okay and is there a way of avoiding this happening for future use?? Just a shit ton of wd40 or soemthing?? TYIA 🙏🏻

@@TheMidlandAngler I have done that so many times before. But on mine I had to drill it through and put nut and bolt on it. In your case it should be fine because you have the main bolt on it the big 18mm also one of the small 16mm bolts and you managed to put a nut on the thred that's more than enough it should be all good

Hi bro I have put a new suspension mount on the front driver side few days ago. I bought a new mounting for 25 pounds from euro car.aprts for 25 pounds. However there seem to be more squeaking noise when the steering is fully turned to the left while the car is stationary. The other thing was that the axle bolt went in with a lot of resistance and there was a bit of grease that come out of the month of the cv joint in which the axle bolt goes in. On the engine mount there were two arrow facing forwards and backwards and I've been told there is a certain way that mounting should be fit on top of the spring. Have I flitted the mount in the wrong way hence it is sort of binding when the steering is fully turned left while the car is stationary.

Also the top mount should have arrows on it the arrow go towards the inner of the car eg towards the engine check if that's in right place

Is it difficult to change the subframe / wishbone carrier?

It's not that hard. I cant remember if the steering rack bolts on to it if so you just have to secure the steering rack. If all the bolts come off should be easy

If your just changing the rear Bush max £50 each If your replacing front and rear WISHBONE bush about £80 a side

@@iamyourfuture808 no more than £30 a side that's if everything comes off nicely. Sometimes the bolts siez up and can be a headache to take off
