It would only work if they had been recently removed. Even the factory tool does not work. The injector body is just plastic so it breaks. Best to clamp vise grips onto them and use a heel bar. They are no good anyways...

There's another video on here of removing the injectors. I swear the engine is either brand new or it was taken apart prior to shooting his video. He grabs the injector with his fingers and says if you're lucky they will just pull out. Lol

LoL. There's another video on here showing injector removal but I swear the engine was just taken apart. This was tough. Lost my shirt on this for sure. Oh well have to pay to go to school.

What is the cost for this type of repair?

This was 4 years ago so prices have doubled on parts. If I was asked to do another one I'd probably decline or would quote 10 hours plus parts. Fuel injectors, injector seals, intake gaskets. Probably around $2500 cdn.

Well that depends on where you are. I'm in northern Ontario Canada eh. Try Rock Auto for parts. Don't buy remanufactured injectors.

no programming required, just to a code clear or disconnect the battery for 30 minutes to clear the fuel trim tables.

I'd do another one but won't quote a labor time. This one took me a lot longer than I anticipated due to stuck injectors. Id say to replace the injectors and walnut blast the intake ports between 15 to 18 hours.

I’m gonna replace mines soon. Wish me luck or trade it in how can doctor it to pass dealerships check any tips I’m at 113k so runs great besides dumping fuel burning out my plugs buts runs
