Once you removed the intake on the right side toward the front is that the fuel pressure sensor?
@trinipattan14726 ай бұрын
At time 6:18 on the left bank towards the front there is a fuel rail pressure sensor that links like a large diameter bolt. There is also a "low pressure " pressure sensor on the bottom side of the high pressure pump located on the passenger side front of the cam cover.

Anything special to remove the fuel rail pressure sensor? Or just unclip and then unscrew
@trinipattan14726 ай бұрын
@noelhernandez6947 unclip and unscrew. It's note even that tight. You can break it loose with an adjustable wrench and spin it off by hand. Be prepared to get gas everywhere!

Did you crank the car on starter with no intake to check for fuel leaks? Or just with ignition on to get 5bars from the low pressure side?
@trinipattan14722 ай бұрын
@user-ij8no5zw6u- you have to crank it. Ignition on will feed the high pressure pump but the high pressure pump will only feed the rail when the engine turns over. It's mechanically connected to the right bank of the engine

@trinipattan1472 Yeah, as expected....all suggest to just open the door but that way it's going to be just 5bars in a system that is going to see up to 150bars later on.

I knewwwwww itttttttt same shi happened to my Audi I switched everything over and brought it to the mechanic and they couldn’t find it and I knew it was the injector
@danksupreme70785 ай бұрын
can you show how u took the injector out of there?
@trinipattan14725 ай бұрын
@danksupreme7078 it was surprisingly easy. I've heard that they can sometimes get stuck in there and you need a special tool. I got lucky but forgot to film that part. After removing the upper retaining clip I used a metal trim removal tool and just worked it loose with the lower clip still in place. It came out easy and then I reached in with a pair of needle nose pliers and removed the lower retainer
