Dr. John Ratey, Harvard Medical School associate clinical professor of psychiatry and best-selling co-author of "Driven to Distraction" discussed principles from his book "Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of
Exercise and the Brain."
The seminar is targeted to high school and college students with LD/ADHD, as well as parents and the professionals who work with them. Dr. Ratey shared information about how aerobic exercise enhances brain functioning in a way that is especially helpful to this population.
