I am impressed not with the weekly milage alone. I am impressed that Macca had the wisdom to know how many zone 4 and 5 efforts his body could recover from and when to mix in the zone 3 efforts so he was able to recover and adapt. @morey000 macca forgot to say how much he sleeps and eats p/day haha. those numbers are crazy, it took me a year to barely complete an olympic distance (1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run). This sport its addictive. someday i`ll be competing in Kona. Macca your the IRONMAN!

@morey000 75 miles, they were doing 160k i think. nevertheless, unbelievable.

@morey000 He said the other dudes were doing 160km weeks and he was doing 90-100kms. That's just over two marathons a week. The swimming and riding are big though
