I own a 2008 S63 AMG and this car is worth every penny. Not afraid of repairs. The new ones dont look like like S classes no more and I think this is the greatest s class ever. The AMG is the ultimate.

Totally agree w u, the W221 is abt the last real classy Mercedes S class, newer models r just having less & less wood & leather, but more plastics.

this guy is great...thanxs man for the info.. but i have the 2008 4 matic looove this car. never gonna get rid of her. i did get the tranny rebuilt ..only did it cuz im doin a florida round trip .. and the old tranny had 175k on her that trip would have ended the trans lol so to have it rebuilt gives ya that peace of mind.

Steering vibration main cause is either misaligned front wheels or very minute bend on one front wheel rim. I had this experience few times when i hit a Pot hole!

My first time ever owning a s-class 600. I love how I look everything about it, but the previous owner did not take care of the car so I'm dealing with some issues, gas leak, the air conditioner blower and other things, but that only comes from the person that used to own the car that did not take care of it and on top of that dealing with the dealership, they don't want to hold their end of the bargain which is coming for a dealerships, but if I didn't have those issues 👍🏽👍🏽

I have a silver 2007 S550 I plan on buying a 2010-2011 I like the facelift models I didn't want the 2012-2013 because of the twin turbo

I have always loved the s-class. I test drove a 2011 that was very nice yet the rug was wet on the passenger side. Turns out if you don't clean the rain gutters under the wipers it will clog

There was a diesel motor for 2010 as well. Most S classes you see will be gas (petrol)

The W221 s class is by far my favorite Mercedes Benz I have 2 of them a 2007 S550 with the dreaded abc suspension and a 2011 Sport with the airmatic suspension the facelift model is more desirable to me than the preface lift model I like my 2011 better because it is black on black

Im looking at a clean title 2011 S550 4matic with 77k with rear climate control and B&O system and absent lighting. Interior looks great, it needs a paint correction though . asking for 18k . How many miles did you put on you 2011 and current miles if you don't mind telling ? That black on black with some limo tints really do be looking good

I've always wondered how the B&O system sounds. And I should have been a bit more specific. I test drove that 2011, ended up with a BMW X1 I no longer have that I didn't enjoy. Sounds like you are looking at a good one though with all the right features.

@@BuildYourOwn The B&O system can really get loud but clean audio , I don't think I'd speck it out for $6400 though . So the my inspection didn't go ad planed or should I say advertised as clean and immaculate lol. Turns out there's alot of play in the brake pedal and might be a brake actuator and it's not safe for that amount of power . steering wheel is very loose compared to normal . The gas pedal is very stiff ,foot has to be heavy and on it , it shouldn't be like that . But the kicker is the jug of engine coolant in the trunk . He had some universal yellow container of some 50/50 coolant. Not looking good on a 75k mile car . I think I'm going to pass unless maybe he fixes everything but I doubt it . I was prepared to do preventable maintenance motor mounts, spark plugs etc , but I'm not going to tackle these present issues . I'd look for something cleaner
