Thanks for the great video, bought the OG clock spring as initially the horn wasn’t working and occasionally would work again. After using like that for a while the airbag light would always be flashing. After replacing the clock spring the horn still doesn’t work but after clearing the codes the airbag light is turned off and stays off any after driving around for a while. Installed a new battery (old one 9 years old) checked all the fuses relating to airbag etc. am stumped

Cheers mate..The fan Amp/Resister is transistorized and is a replaceable unit...It's screwed to the side of the heater fan box...It should be easy to see if you get under and poke around..Good luck mate.

My 2010 xtrail controls on the steering wheel for the bluetooth and cruise controls no longer work could this part also be the fix for that?

Why after replacing the clock abs, esp off and slip light turns on? When I start the car I don't see anything, as soon as I start driving they turn on, what could be? Thank you

You'll need to have the vehicle scanned and that will tell you...Sorry that is the only way from here.

If you haven’t already worked it out it’s likely the steering angle sensor, having the same issue with my T31 now. It’s a small, thin, black circle-ish shaped unit that attaches to the back of the clock spring assembly. Replaying the module in this video won’t help that! Finding it very hard to get hold of one here in the UK but may be different in other regions. As mentioned above it’s always best to have the code read to diagnose the issue properly but it’ll likely be the steering angle sensor 👍🏻

So my pop had to make a special steering wheel remover because it wouldn’t come off ( 1993 hilux if you’re wondering) Also the thing is with Japanese cars it doesn’t matter how old the car is u can still get new parts for it
