Thank you for your video. I just pulled my 2014 Rav4's mirror switch. Thank God the switch is still working except that it came off the base module (son pushed too hard). So after a good setting, the mirror switch is working again!! Thank you.

I have a 2011 Prius and the controller only adjusts the mirrors side to side and not up or down on either mirror. Is it normal for half the controller to to fail? Is there a way to test that nothing else is going on? Any comments appreciated. Thanks
