I got the faceplate at Crutchfield. Think it popped up when o ordered and entered what kind of vehicle I had

I have 2 antenna plugs also. Which plug for antenna are you using? I plugged in the white antenna plug and my reception for radio seems poor most the time now. Not sure if I have to remove radio and switch to the blue plug.

Mine went from strong to weak. But I thought the blue was the XM. Could be wrong. May take it apart and look at it again. Followed the instructions from Crutchfield. They were fairly good but not terribly specific.
