Thanks for doing these videos Roland! Looking forward to seeing an update on the Big Bear after the carb is set right. I've got a '98 Big Bear 350 that's runs really well but with bigger tires it needs a little more power. Thinking of installing a wiseco high compression piston and your videos have been helpful for getting familiar with the process.

Thanks bro! The big bear is back together and back to its owner. I thought I had uploaded a video of it after I finished everything but I may not have. My son has a 99 big bear 350. Before I started recording my videos I had to the split the case and change the crankshaft. I really wish I had started recording years ago lol.

Cylinders are cheap for the big bear. I get these all the time that someone has bored out and buy niche kits and take them back to standard size.
