this way nice dancing and smooth. Many of the salsa dancing today represent ballroom dancing. Being Puerto Rican and growing up in new York, my mother was my teaching in dancing salsa, using the knees which is important for men, and the hips for the women. She also instructed that when Salsa was known as Mambo it did not have many turns but more foot work.
