I crossed with Sean Rash almost a decade ago at Junior Olympic Gold, and he was nothing but respectful to me. Bowling is like golf, is like tennis, is like chess, is like poker, is like etc. It's an individual sport/game, your results are based solely on your own abilities and these types of games inevitably produce the biggest egos. Rash is like any other guy of his caliber, he's just a little more in your face with it. Pete Weber was always the same way and everyone loves him.

I cant believe that PBA put that interview on TV

I actually took Rash on in a challenge I had for him and I straight up beat him. He showed me respect, but sometimes he would go tell something stupid and I am like srsly? This is bowling, not say I am the best, and u cant beat me. -_- But I respect him and I watch these videos cuz I LOVE BOWLING AND THE PBA! I Respect every bowler on this earth even if they are idiots or cocky, I respect their love for bowling

For your information, Rash has 4 titles. He hasn't lost every time on TV. So Rash has some fire in him. Big deal. Not everyone can be such a quiet choir boy. I think they need more rivalries. I think it's good for the game. The PBA seems to be in a bit of trouble. They need some bowlers with real personalities to step up.

if sean could bowl as good as he can talk he would be the best bowler in the world! i actually felt happy when he got eliminated!

On a completely unrelated note, how does Adobe Flash Player magically uninstall itself off my computer while I am watching the video? That's a neat trick.

How the hell was Sean Rash allowed to win Player of the Year? I get it, he lead the tour in tv appearances, average, and earnings, but he only won once on the tour and was making these remarks when talking about the international bowlers.

@intoxsik True but who would have know about the kid if he hadn't brought him on the show? Plus I have a lot of experience picking out when someone is being used and when they aren't and I have only been wrong once. Yes he is immature at times, yes he has done some crap I don't like but I don't know the guy personally, I haven't been to his house and gotten to know him. I personally am completely different on the lanes and that might be Rash's case.

Hey, Rash - tell us again about how much Williams needs to learn about bowling in the USA. I mean, wow - 186 just rules, doesn't it?
@99fire1112 жыл бұрын
@blinkers88 Yes and no. I have to admit so of the out burst he has are much more than acceptable such as calling Belmonte a bottle bitch, though on the other hand requesting that a camera man doesn't move in a very polite tone and stating that another bowler has a bit more to learn about the American tour (Which is truly on a different level than the European due to the larger pool of players) aren't things that I find "jerk" worthy. He is young and needs to calm down, that's it.

Rash spoke his mind...so we have to be angry with him?
@chrisshriver885612 жыл бұрын
I liked Rash when he won his first title, but now and days the only thing I like about him is his bowling. His mouth gets Karma all over him for payback. The Bottle Bitch thing was just his cockyness, and Belmo didnt deserve it cuz he didnt even crackle it. He could've just thrown it at him but he didnt.. So Rash's ego and mouth gave him payback later at the Chemeleon match.
@SlioTidus12 жыл бұрын
I actually had some respect for Rash earlier. He just seemed a bit immature, with all that "bottle bitch" stuff, etc. I guess Belmo had it coming too, innocent or not. However - talking trash about other players like this is not okay. You can't be all cocky and full of yourself all the goddamn time. I think Rash could learn A LOT from the likes of Norm Duke. If he really feels the urge to be "the bad boy", he could do it with some style, like Pete Weber.

@99fire11 Not to sound a cynic, but I'm pretty sure anyone in Sean's position would do the exact same for that kid. Could you think of the bad publicity if he didn't? Of COURSE he's going to "befriend" him.

@vidgamescool11 жыл бұрын
Seriously you guys? I bowl on a high school team where the competition is very competitive. I get very loud when I throw good shots too. And he definitely is right when he says he "hopes his opponent bowls bad". Everyone hopes that. Hell yeah I want my opponent to miss spares, because I want to WIN. You certainly want to be respectful of other players, but your (or I guess my) only goal is to win, and that's it.

I don't mean to say some things he does are a bit over the top but let's remember what "douche" befriended and gave a kid, who will live his entire life with brittle bone disease, a week of dreams at the PBA World Championship. He simply has passion for the game but says some stupid stuff. So all I have to say to you people is get over it.
