You showed nothing in terms of actually changing the belt. You cut away with the old one on and back in with the new one on and everything assembled. Nice try but not much help

I got a wildcat 2012. How do I know if I have a wet or dry clutch? They changed midyear. It has a silver cover on it

Why is marking the cover with an "X" to realign necessary? What happens if you put it on 180 degrees off?

When your belt broke did you start hearing a knocking sound and burning rubber?

I had the burning rubber smell for a little bit but mine actually locked up the engine and clutch.... Didn't snap... It was weird, it got all wrapped up and made everything stop

Yes, it broke on me when the belt seized up and I tried to force it in gear to get it off the side of a hill
