Any idea what you do if you don’t have any voltage on the signal wire?

I’m having a similar issue of no heat (front or back) in my 04 Sienna. Mechanic diagnosed it as the blend door issue, but quoted $1100 for the repair which i just can’t justify in a 20 year old van. Is this fix comparable to an 04?

i got similar quote on a 2011 Sienna for the same problem.

What about if the heat is not working only in the passenger side? I’ve already changed the servo and it’s the same as when I started with heat only on the driver side.

@@suddenlysuzie The passenger and driver actuator are in two different locations. Make sure the right one was replaced.

Some comments I saw in Sienna chat try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it, it worked for the other guy.

@@ehsanullI tried this. Turned out to be a 4k repair. The AC compressor clutch was bad. Dealership took a week to fix it since they had to order the part and then spend a substantial amount of time removing and reinstalling to get to it.

What about the rear??? I have barely have heat in the rear. Not hot at all.

@@toualor1042 You would need to do the same thing with a scan tool. Check the target position and the actual position while changing the temperature. If the actuator doesn't move then it's most likely bad.
