own the 2013 TDI Q7. over 400lbs torque, With the entire family in the car doing 80 on interstate 95 with the AC. We averaged 28 miles to the gallon. 28 miles a gallon in a 7000lb plus car. 20k on the speedo no problems at all.

@FIDTRO - Thats surprising because Edmunds, MotorTrend, and even CarandDriver said the quality of the interior was very good and solid. But long term idk.. Mercedes is on its way up. ConsumerReports said the GLK and S-Class were very good including reliability. BMW was knocked down for its fuel pump recall, thats pretty much it

@FIDTRO - No, just hear a lot from ConsumerReports on the Q7 because at a point I was interested in the Q7 but after reading owners complaints, I didn't walk, I ran. Besides, both BLK and X5 are a Toyota compared to the Q7 in reliability.

He doesn't have to overstate it but just mention it. So you really know at least some differences between the cars the reviews, otherwise, all cars would pretty much be the same. If he doesn't state some flaws, you won't know what you're missing and maybe you want just that particular thing that's missing.
