Just thought I'd chip in but that button at 14:15 is NOT auto recycling on/off for the air conditioning. It's the start/stop feature so that the engine turns off at red lights. It's supposed to save you some gas. pfft

i've watched videos of people saying camaros are just as fast as the m3 and that the m3 is needlessly expensive. However, id pay the extra for luxury and refinement or even the bmw name. no matter how quick american cars are getting these days id still have the m3. cuz non of those americans have a v8 that revs and screams to 8300 rpm
@Kr3wXv11 жыл бұрын

boomy818 The E46 M3 does it in 4.8. You should know considering your profile picture. The E92 m3 in stock does it on 4.3 and a DCT does it in 3.9. New M4 does it in 3.7-3.9.

Younger people typically go for the BMWs. I myself am 16 but I respect and am fascinated by the sheer brute force of AMG engines, the terrifying sound they produce, and overall, the quality of Mercedes Benz. Nothing beats thats. An M3 may go around a corner quicker but when it comes to resale value, interior quality, safety, and pure enjoyment of driving, AMG wins hands down.

To a certain degree yes BMW does charge a premium for their name somewhat. The thing is though this car performs amazingly well in a straight line and in the turns. Everything down to the finest detail is amazing in this car and that's where the money's going, to all of the engineering that makes this car amazing.

That's funny. I'm watching the video because it's on my short list of cars I may buy soon. That's one of the downsides of buying a BMW, their owners feel superior. Especially this one, look at the video title, it's a 2011 and we're in 2016. It's not hard to find a 2011 for $30-$35k now, which is roughly the same price as an average new car. It's really not that extravagant to be able to afford one. Learn to handle a simple joke. jeez.

You know what. You sound like an absolute bloody goon. But the detail you go into on each car you examine, from interior to exterior, is just so goddamn useful. It's providing more info then you'd get from 100 magazine reviews, and even more then you'd get from testing the car yourself. So much so, that I might need to bear your children.

I have a 335i cab and I have booked me one of the last V8 M3 to be built this January and delivered early spring (i was told by the dealership that they won't be building anymore M3 between now and Christmas...?) I wanted this before they changed to straight six with turbo. Anyway, this will be a 2013 model, what do you make of this car? I love it but I hope I am not getting an electronically troubled or repair prone car like one comment says on this page. How is it overall in your opinion?

@derbigpr50013 жыл бұрын
@TheO496 Its not boring, its sporty. You can get it with beige leather or wood trim if you want to, but there's no point. This interior is perfect. Only highest quality materials, fit and finish is perfect, everything feels extremely solid. All the controls feel great when you use them and all controls are placed perfectly, so everything is visible and at hand. This is how interiors should be made, instead of being full of fake chrome or plastic stitching like cadillac cts-v for example.
