What I like about this fellow's videos is that he always describes the finer nuances of the cars, for example, how to lock the car and unlock. Technically concise, which is more than what I can say for those who consider a review to be how long you can maintain a powers slide for.

@ turned 29 this past August. My first car was my moms old ‘94 C230; saved until I could afford a WRX STI wagon, modded and loved for years; now I drive a RSQ8 daily and have my dream a ‘84 500SEC for weekends … never got the 1M but my friend had one and drove his a bunch, super fun car but too small for me now (not enough space for a daily w a dog and whatever) and just not the old school vibe I love for my weekend/project dream car

Saw one of these at a BMW dealer in the showroom, it was the Black Sapphire color and was much more understated, I love this color, and especially the deep dish rims, and the car for that matter! lol Great video as always!

It's a pretty unique body style. Very comfortable cars I sitted in a BMW 1Series M-Sport one day. This Coupe has a strong in-line 6 cyl. and the car has nice features.

@JesseWilliams11 No, they want to make it exclusive. BMW was actually started making the 1M with the intention of making it a limited production car. But eventually decided to make it for one year and sell as many as people want, due to the tremendous response from the community and press alike. I would have loved to see what the original plans were for the limited car, because this car could easily be much faster but that would step on the M3's market.

The 4 liter is recognized as one of the greatest engines ever made. Winner of the International Engine of the Year Award (3.0 to 4.0 Liter class) every year since it's release. The engine performs 200 million computations a second, making it by far one of the most advanced engines of all time. Shame to see it go which is why I will preserve a piece of that history in my garage.

I loved these! I wonder why they discontinued them?! It's funny because these were like a mini version of the m3 and yet these actually had more torque. The 2011 M3 only has 295 ft lbs of torque.

@wheeliebike17 He didn't rev it past 4500RPM, whereas the rev limiter starts and 7500RPM. That's why it didn't sound THAT great. But it still got a very nice sound.

But, I think I personally like this one because all of the playback controls automatically disappear when the cursor is not on the video, thus creating a bigger viewing area.
