This really helped especially with mental preparation and being careful. I used a one foot needle-nose plier on the tiny clamps, which possibly gave me extra leverage and visibility -- also wiggling up and down so the clamp ring gets some movement. Thank you for also putting everything back so I do this the right way. Great video!!

The hose clamps are not regular ones. I was able to remove hoses without moving the clamps

I don't get a check engine light but I do get a P0497 and P145C and my code reader shows the EVAP and CAT orange.

I had those codes on my accord 2008 I changed this solenoid but it didn’t solve the problem check engine light still there

You do need to clear the codes with a scan tool. Then, drive it the suggested mileage/time so the monitors reload. I drove for about 2 hours running errands and got the smog check done, and it passed.
