I've seen a few videos of this process now, and I'm amused at how many times the actual process of inserting the new fuel pump gets edited or cut all together like this one. Not once have I seen anybody suggest removing the fuel filter canister from the new unit until the bottom part of the assembly is down inside the hole. That makes the job much, much easier to do. The fuel filter then just pops right on once you have the bottom part of the assembly in. Without doing that, it wants to hit the sheet metal flange and makes insertion of the new pump very difficult.

Hi! I have a 2014 hyundai elantra limited, but it is Korean built. Do you happen to know if the parts are interchangeable, or do I need one for a Korean built? The part has been harder to find. Thank you!

Should we use a brass chisel for the ring, to avoid sparks? Because both the ring and screwdriver are steel, yes?

I also have a system too lean at high load. I was beginning to think it was the oxygen sensors lol
