Can we please kill this myth that Bron locked up D. Rose by himself. In most of these clips, he's not even on D. Rose. It was a team effort

The one thing i really took notice to in that heat bulls series was the defense from both teams. most of the games never ended with either team scoring in the 90's or higher. they really shut d wade down in that series... except for in the clutch
@ashjk9211 жыл бұрын
These are some awesome breakdowns man. I get tired of hearing people talk about vague, poorly-defined intangibles like "clutch factor" and guys choking in the 4th and whatnot. It's great to see a thorough breakdown of the actual plays and the miscues that happened. Hopefully my Bulls will do a better job of executing on offense this time around. Look forward to watching more of these videos, they're a great way to pass the time.

Coach Nick, do you think Wesley Matthews would have been a good signing by the bulls? He gets 16 a night, along with Deng's 15, Boozer's 18, and Rose's 25, you get good all around scoring, plus maintaining good defense. What do you think?

Shivashriganesh Mahato Scalabrine was on bench cuz the wanted to make the game fair. He lent Rose some of his talent to go up against the GOAT PG. Scalabrine retired in 2012, Rose was injured in 2012, coincidence? I think not.

Tell that to the 04 Pistons, 3 Allstars (Billups, Rasheed & Ben) with strong role players defeated a Super Lakers team (Kobe, Shaq, Malone and Payton). They proved teamwork is still alive and it can beat teams based on how much star power they have. If Noah & Deng were developed as well as they are now, I think that series would have been different. You should check out the videos to this series, some ex-official NBA ref was recording & posting calls Heat were getting help from.

I dont think Bosh would hurt Booz down low...I havent seen Bosh do any post scoring all series...Boozer plays tougher then Bosh (everyone does), and if Booz collapsed there would be help D. Bosh has hurt us only in the mid range jump shots he has done and nothing more. Don't overrate those guys in Miami.
@cipherP911 жыл бұрын
The Finals does nothing to describe Bosh defending & rebounding, what gave the Heat that Finals win was making jumpshots, flopping and overlooked calls from the refs. Bosh was hurt during the Finals, he was primarily a jumpshooter at the time and the team ran traps on the defensive end.

Based from what i've so far from this young team, they'd feel the pressure and tends to be disoriented when the going gets tough... more that this is a do-or-die situation... Am I wrong coach?

@RYANMOW Bulls have THE best bench in the NBA. When he sat on the bench, the pace of the team didn't slow down, and they generally scored as much as when he is playing.... When LeBron and Went went out and their bench came in, rose and bulls scored at will, while forcing turnover after turnover.... I agree that he needs someone to replace boozer, but other than that there is nothing wrong with his team, they are WAY better than what LeBron had to work with with the Cavs.

Main reason why Rose or any of the Bulls players had a hard time getting into the lanes is because Heat are playing illegal defense. COUNT HOW MANY TIMES A HEAT PLAYER WAS LEFT IN THE PAINT WITHOUT GETTING A 3 SEC VIOLATION. Bulls lost this series because they were too reliant on Rose, they couldn't find offense without him and more than ever during the ECF everybody was hesitant for the Bulls except Rose, Deng and Gibson. If Noah & Boozer atleast came through, this series might have differ.

@MrJeckel11 жыл бұрын
#2- The pistons with that dominant of a D did beat the lakers down. however, that laker team wasn't "star studded" in the finals. Malone was injured, payton got injued as well. it was basically just shaq and kobe v the pistons... The pistons would have lost in the 05 conf finals if not for wade being injured. it got proved in 06 when a non-injured wade destroyed the pistons en route to his first ring v dallas. What detroit did is a rare feat... something the bulls don't have the pieces to do.
@KaminariKatta11 жыл бұрын
i still dont see how bulls can beat the heat.The bulls problem is their offense.When rose gets focused as shown in this video,the team needs a secondary ball handlerr who can drive and dish out to open shooters.Look at the 2011 mavericks,they had kidd,terry,barea. Heck,even the knicks and plenty of ball handlers,kidd,felton,etc.

#1 - The 2004 pistons boasted the best defense in probably the HISTORY of the game. The bulls do not have that or anything even close. I'm talking about holding 8 teams in a row to 80 pts and holding 4 teams in a row to below 70 dominant. I'm talking about having the DPOY in ben wallace (who ended up with 4) a good defender in sheed, a terrific perimeter defender in prince and good defenders in rip/billups with the awesome defender in lindsay hunter off the bench dom. the bulls are not that.
