Haha, not a chance man! I assume this is a non-abs bike? The older Daytonas (without ABS) use the engine speed and gear as the speedo input, which becomes inaccurate with sprocket changes… the newer ABS models use wheel sensors, so the speedo always reads the true speed, regardless of what size sprockets you are running. My 2014 with an exhaust and tune is fast, but certainly doesn’t come close to 300km/h. Try using a GoPro with GPS and you will see that you are no where near that.

That’s for torque not top speed, topspeed u need to add in the front and reduce at the rear, i have a daytona 675 and just listening to it im pretty sure its not going above 270-280 because its not possible to go so fast on that bike and listen to the sound it’s not heavily moded nor has a turbo as the sound would differ.. i also have a 10r and it also doesn’t accelerate so hard to top speed that quickly
