So the first check you're checking circuit integrity power and grounds but I'm not understanding what you jumped to make it run the module or the pump itself.

Sorry for the delay, I wanted to show a diagram and I forgot. The fuel pump control module has 5 wires, power in, ground in, control from pcm, power out to fuel pump, and ground out to fuel pump. All I did was jump the power in to the power out to the fuel pump. I also showed the control on my labscope. I hope this helps. I there is any more questions please let me know.
