These Mavs were like the 1994 Rockets, who had a major collapse like this in the playoffs against the Suns, but instead of it ruining them, they were nearly unbeatable after that, going from "Choke City" to "Clutch City." After this game, everyone was saying "same old Mavs" and expecting the Blazers to win the series. Instead Dallas found that extra gear they had always been missing.

Damn 2-2 if Roy and Oden was healthy I don't think the Dallas would pass them in Round1 playoffs. I mean Dallas Won championship that year. They sweap the defending champ Lakers, and beat the young Okc big3 which is Kd, westbrook and Harden 3-1. And in Finals they beat the power house Miami heat prime Big 3. Dallas deserved that tropy🏆

Red hair Shanks True, I think the Blazers would have won this series if Roy was healthy, his injury still hurts me a bit to this day. I think the Lakers would not have crumbled against the Blazers though, and that they would have beaten OKC to set up a Kobe-LeBron finals. My God, would that have been crazy. Regardless though, major props to Dirk and the Mavs. Their 2011 finals run was insane
