Got an imported Japan spec Shooting Break 4matic a few months back here in Holland. It came with really knackered square 19" AMG rims and I wouldn't accept those in the deal. The dealer promissed to fix the wheels but sourced another set instead. However, he fitted a staggered set. No problems and I have driven it at top speed in Germany. According to the dutch manual it should have staggered wheels as well. Looks really good as well.

Hey bro sick ride! I'm putting some 20s on mine as well, and I have a 4Matic too! in regards to the tire shop telling you that they won't fit, they will fit stagger but that's not the issue, The issue is our cars being 4matic it wears on the 4matic system faster when using the wrong size tires, Especially if it's daily driven so the tires have to be a certain size.

For anyone trying to duplicate this.. The size you would need when ordering are 9 to 9.5 for the front and 10.5 to 11" in the back

Staggered rim size and standard tire size are two different things. The break caliper has to be cleared so the offset has to be different.

SANTISAVAGE yeah. I’d say so. When you drop it in sports mode you are just slightly changing stuff like camber and toe. A little bit out of range and the toe will wear a little. Especially with wider tires. What I would do is lift the car, have them put it on the rack and then align it when you drop it in sports mode or whichever mode you use more. Mine is all black. Ash black interior wood and black leather. I haven’t gotten wheels on yet. I just got the car two weeks ago (flew to Chicago and drove it home) and am currently parting out my G37. I’ve sold all the suspension stuff now I gotta get rid of the wheels and exhaust. Hopefully I can get a couple thousand for the wheels. Then I need to sell the car and I’ll dump into the CLS.
