2012-2019 Ford Focus - Window Regulator and Motor Replacement

I have a 2017 focus st. The left rear window has the slightest gap at the top to where you can hear wind noise. I believe it’s the regulator but any insight on what this might be?

Great video. My car sounds like the window is rattling. I taped and wedged the window to the frame so it's not that, seems to be coming from inside the passenger door cover, top left.
