The Tradesman is excellent. Our construction company gives us these to drive and it’s been 100% reliable and I’ve never become stuck. In fact, I like them so much that I bought the same model for personal use. Sometimes I go out to the Ram dealership and sit in their fancy Laramie, Bighorn or other models. They’re fancy, but the second I get in my Tradesman I realize it’s the perfect truck for me. The seats and driving position are SO comfortable.

Weird but kool that tradesman or express comes with nothing, but all the wires are back there. I have a 1500 hemi ram, I put in a linkswell 10 inch screen, and just added the steering wheel controls. I think the cluster is next. Thanks for sharing!

Almost all rams are that way. My 2014 dodge ram sport 1500 is exactly the same...darker cab...irritating a 40k dollar truck. However w so many upgrades available with exact harnesses and bolt patterns. It's fantastic if u can't afford the top of the line but are handy with things like this. U can pretty much slowly add to your dream truck for literally pennies on the dollar compared to paying for options straight off the line. I love it. Keep digging behind panels...get yourself some trim piece tools...makes like super easy and are cheap kits

I just added the 10.4" links well as well and it works fantastic before that I tried a Tesla style and it was just too giant you had to cut a piece that is a support bar behind it, in order to make it work....however if you do that you could never put factory radio back in which if I'm selling this I'm sure ass hell not selling my $1200 brand new radio with it so that was out of the question so I bought a linkswell instead which is so much better and carter's towards Android OIS. anyone looking for a Tesla style brand new radio never used??? 10.4" screen? Let me know lol

​@Lanna Mama 2012, I don't think you can hook up as many things as 2014 and up. So that saying how much for the Tesla style? I got a new interior with the bucket seats, center floor console and the dash bezel it's from a 2014. I hope everything connects right up. I've got a 2 door and the only difference in mine and a R/T is the interior. Ohh the R/T badges on the outside.

My 2014 dodge ram sport has that same goofy setup with the cuddy hole wasted space..looks exactlythe same..so I'll definitely be doing this swap out. It's irritating having just a cubby. I found the wiring for the lights as well. What bulbs? did u find for that cuz both sides has hidden wires for feet lighting or whatever it's called. They have the exact lights. Just need to track 2 of them down. I added 2 separate lights below before realizing most models are modular and just add or take away lighting and features..but still have the same harnesses and hidden wires to upgrade damn near everything to the very best

Seems a trend with Dodge, 7mm trim and 13mm body screws is what I experienced.

The latch is designed to sit under the plastic look how it’s notched to allow the latch to stick up lol

I got a 2016 tradesman and I just bought a new bumper with factory fogs the current bumper has no fogs but in side I have a fog light button is it pre wired for fogs?

I hope so I’m just waiting for the oem grill and bumper fillers that go between the headlights and bumper. I hope I hope it has a connection from factory. I have the fog light button under my headlight switch so I’m guessing I do ??
