2012 Acura TL Transmission Fluid change

FYI (if anyone hears gurgling sounds when you turn on the car) “Your 2013 Acura TL transmission filter will need to be replaced every 30,000 or 50,000 miles.” Its part number: 25430-PLR-003 Had this done on the 2013 TL at the Honda dealership (along with the Trans fluid change/oil change,) it cost an arm and a leg, but next time I will be following this video to do it myself 💪

I'm hearing that noise on my 2013 3.7 sh-awd and ordered the filter. Thinking of doing it myself to save a few dollars but not looking forward to doing it. I actually want to change the gasket to the fluid pan cover under the car for peace of mind and the strainer inside the pan cover because I bought my car used and don't know what type of owner it had before me.

On my 2009 sh-awd it seemed to drink closer to 3.8 quarts to be in range. Otherwise this helped me a lot thanks so much!

How often do you change transmission filter?

60k miles is what is recommend I believe. Another way is every other trans fluid change

lol how do you make a video about changing the transmission fluid and then go on to point to everything and saying "oh yeah just gotta remove this that and the third" but not show it? kinda pointless.

I’ll keep it in mind for future videos, I just figured it would be helpful to show what’s gotta be done. Unscrewing a bolt is pretty simple, finding the bolt is the problem often times
