I just ordered all my stuff for my 11. It should be here by the end of this weekend. Same tuner, down exhaust system, and egr delete. Looking forward to getting everything installed soon.

​@BrockBecker so I got my stainless exhaust dpf delete yesterday from DPF Delete Shop and it was damaged during shipping but I'm gonna go ahead and put in my tuner now. I'll get some dudes from G.E to weld my exhaust for me

There is no need to update the tuner when you receive it. The RaceME Tuner comes already updated ready to plug and play.

One thing I want to add to this thread is, after you get custom tunes, some guys have problems with their tranny tunes after upgrading firmware. So do all of your upgrades, (firmware) before installing custom tunes, or ask your tuner if it is okay to upgrade firmware with your custom tunes, ( don't be surprised if they say they have to be re tuned). Unfortunately upgrading firmware with custom tunes already installed, is not a good idea.

Basic tuning is still a delete tune! Raceme only has deleted emissions tuning! That’s why your def fluid is at full. Called raceme and had to ask them. I watched this video thinking it was an emission tune. But it wasn’t.

Have you had any problems with the screen freezing? I've had mine installed for a week on a 2018 6.7 and it starts to freeze shortly after I start it and start driving.... I have to switch the key off to get it to come back and be able to do anything on it.... reprogrammed it 3 times, all software is up to date. Spoke to Race me and they said my obd port is probably bad, but this doesnt make sense because it works fine when the truck bn isnt running... cant figure it out...

hey broo..... why is your dash log grayed out im having the same issue with my raceme they need me to send them a dash log for diagnostics but mines grayed out like yours..

Can you let me know if the Raceme tuner has the function to put the 68rfe trans in quick learn if you do work to the trans?

Use your ReaceMe Ultra to flash or reflash your ECM ( 2010 or newer ). This will not do a "quick learn", but a "relearn", (after working on your transmission). If your 2010+ Ram is equipped with the 68RFE automatic transmission, you must perform a re-learn procedure each time the ECM is flashed, even if you aren’t loading transmission tuning. Failure to do so will cause premature transmission failure. To perform the procedure after the ECM is flashed, drive the truck and apply no more than 30% throttle for at least 25- 30 miles. It is important that the transmission shifts up and down as much as possible during this period. NOTE: The 25-30 miles is to re-establish the CVI values. It is common for these transmissions to take 400-500 miles or more to settle down. Sustained highway speeds should be avoided for the first 25-30 miles. ( you will achieve what you want with the "relearn")!!

Great video Brock. I'm pretty much doing the same thing, in the exact same steps. Installed Tuner, did a short drive on performance and race. Your right!.... HO.... LEE..... CRAP... what a difference by just "hypnotizing" the brain....LOL.... But, I had one little "hickup." When I pulled back in the driveway, I was messing with the TPMS, with the truck running. Not sure if it's part of the programming of that system, but the motor just shut off 🤔... You have any hiccup like that?... Any thoughts?

No I have never had that issue. I have messed with the tpms sensors a few times and it’s never given me anything like that. I hope you get it fixed.

I thought you must delete the dpf and cat before using the tune, is not there a warning?

So the tuner has 6 canned tunes that you can run with the emission systems installed. Once you remove the emissions system you with have to go into the “ added power with delete” folder. From there you can either run the canned tunes or custom tunes.

same kinda question. I see where you can select add power with delete and select which power level you want and other options.. Are the canned tunes on switch screen level 0 to 5 stock tow performance ect.. is that considered the canned tunes?

Hope someone is still reading these comments. I deleted everything and dont know what tuning to setup. Basic? Advanced? Only tune I get for advanced is 120hp. Is this tune ok for a stock motor? What tune you guys running? Thanks

I have a question. So I installed a Raceme EGT probe but when I plugged it in to the com mod I BELIEVE the EGT probe metal part was touching the positive of my battery and now my programmer won’t turn on!! U think my com mod is trashed or do I need a whole new set up?

I do everything on my truck and I was so excited to have it done and now my programmer won’t work but I took my programmer in the house bags plugged it on a charger and the green and red lights just blinks.. guessing it’s charging?? Honestly I have no personal experience with EFI live. My buddy had it on a duramax and loved it. I have nothing bad to say about race me ultra.

Everything I have seen says no. I’ve heard it’s the same company but it’s two totally different products. I know for sure MM3 tunes will not work with the race me Lyra programmer.

If you format the card to fat32 it can be used, but all info on the card will be deleted

@@mattu3578 i believe that would be correct as when you program with Raceme it takes for granted that your starting at stock + delete. As far as "pull stock file," the only use I know for that is if you're sending your sd card to a programmer for custom tunes
