I'm eternally grateful that INDYCAR, NBC, and ESPN put these races on KZbin and make it so much easier to watch when I'm not near a computer. I love that I can watch the race at my desk while doing homework. But PLEASE don't make a photo from victory lane the thumbnail for the video. Or put the name of the winner in the description, like on other videos. It ruined the race for me.

I'm glad there is a united series again. I just find it ironic that after all of the B.S.(the split and reunification) that the cars are turbo-charged now. Now if they could adopt some of the European tracks from the Champ Car series and include Indy THAT WOULD BE FANTASTIC!

you're right. he was slow, but in a consistent fashion usually finishing in the same place as before. this year he has a bunch of top tens and a top five or two i think. the williams chassis is much better this year, barring the platypus nose. gave Senna a whole heap of top ten finishes! proud of you Senna!

IndyCar doesn't use the short course, they probably use a longer course than AutoGP used.

If you had paid attention, you would've seen the TV crew attendants throwing t-shirts out to the crowd and waving their hands in the air to get the people to make noise. It's not the fans' fault. It's the TV crew's fault.

Wrong! Do a youtube search and give it up. A1GP shortcut the course at turn 4. How about Laguna Seca where they actually did run the same course? 2004 Champ Car pole was 1:09.358 the current IndyCar may be a half second to a second slower than that and the A1GP fast lap was 1:17.951. Conditions were crap so I'll spot the A1GP car a couple seconds but still quite a bit slower.

Okay did research the AutoGP course was longer by 300 whopping meters and had a faster layout, the IndyCar is much quicker than an AutoGP car. you need to do the research

Yeah, I bet they have a great IndyCar simulation, a faster race car isn't going to lose eight seconds by adding 300 meters while doubling the speed of the two slowest corners on the track.

Good race, but I hated all of those penalties given out from the contact through that hairpin before the esses. It's absurd; they're penalizing drivers for racing incidents.

Dallara's only simulator is in Italy, so this guy flew all the way to Italy after the race and flew back for the second race? yeah I bet he did. My guess is he used iRacing which doesn't even have the 2012 Dallara. The only differences are turn 7 and turn 11, you're the idiot trying to believe something that's not if you really think a 40 mph hairpin is faster than the extended turn 7 and the full t11 hairpin is a lot faster than the Motorcycle t11 IndyCar uses. much faster turns.
