No scores?! Also, it seems the voices are placed randomly rather than in sections. These young people KNOW this music and are giving their conductor rapt attention. Breathing together. Singing with heart -- from the belly. Superb musicianship by all. I can hear the angels singing with you! BRAVO! I hope you have all found church homes and are using your gifts and talents there. The best way to "force" the singers to look at the conductor is to make them sing without the scores. And it always turns out to be the best solution for everyone.

Excellent recording; I wouldn't think it was a rewarding place to sing, but the microphone placement made a good clear capture, suitable for sharing with singers learning this.
