Hand shuffling like that actually helps me think because I tend to move my hands around a lot when I'm thinking or talking, so when I'm thinking it's nice to have something to do with my hand of cards while I'm doing it.

The deck that LSV is piloting is Domain Zoo, which takes advantage of all 5 colors in different ways. Tribal Flames is a really powerful card when you have all of the basic land types, especially with Snapcaster. The U is used for Snapcaster Mage and Geist, both of which can deal high amounts of damage, as well as Mana Leak from the 'board. The B is used for Tribal Flames and Lingering Souls from the 'board. Also, with all of the shocklands, filterlands, and fetches, 5C isn't unheard of. XD

Its called "Reading their hand" if an opponent notices you looking at a perticular card and they have a "choose a card and opponent has to discard it ect" they can easily get rid of it, by shuffling your hand like that, there is no way for them to know what card you are looking at.

I heard that it might be to make the opponent feel like they're being rushed, which can cause them to make wrong decisions and in turn help the other player to win. It could also be nerves.

Most players have some kind of tick while they play. I have a tendency to organize my lands, straighten my graveyard, and shuffle my hand. Helps one think sometimes.

Wow, it's kind of interesting how NEITHER of the commentators remember that Kibler pathed his own Clique. At first they're like "no, there can't be a path, Juza doesn't have a basic... OH HE DISCARDED IT TO LILIANA!". I guess that's just an interesting point about how stress of commentating messes with people's memory.

Exactly, although as a Jund player I’m glad Lurrus just got banned. Although it made a more powerful Jund deck, lists without it that run Pyromancer and BBE are still similar to the OG modern Jund and is just fun to play. But the way there going modern is going to be way too fast and no longer as fun, but I hope not!

While you are correct by definition, a contextual element can be be applied to the "humorously coincidental" scenario . The root understanding of sarcasm/satire is that they imply opposite meanings of an otherwise clear expression, albeit usually being derogatory. Therefore, if a person views the "getting handed an English card by a Japanese player" situation as being bizarre or ridiculous (based on it being a racial exchange), an ironic label can be loosely applied.

rewatching this i feel kibler is very uncomfortable playing with u/w control. or just control in general. you never tab out against jund( or any deck that plays liliana) on turn 3 and jam a geist. Kibler should have waited and cliqued juza on his up keep. No fault to kibler it's just clear he is out of his element.

Juza's 5th turn (4:05 ish) was wrong - he tapped mana for liliana that he couldn't have used to cast Liliana. He needs to tap double black. It doesn't matter in the course of the game, but, hey, just making comments.
