I really don’t care much about the camera work. A top shelf diagnostician sharing his knowledge and experience is everything. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for sharing Brin. There is an early and a late for the 2012 RAM 1500. Not sure how many systems were changed but have run into wiring color and other major changes between them. Had to dig thru multiple sources to figure out the wiring diagram that matched the vehicle I was working on. Looks like a nice little perch for one of those little fellers to sit and have lunch. Time to get the Cayenne pepper out.

Excellent video and diagnosis Brin. It's tough to film and work...it's tough to film and work. I will tell you this, any video is solid if it's showing a diagnostic process and that's what really matters at the end of the day! Nicely done, thanks for sharing this with us, and looking forward to seeing more!

Your diag skills as well as your presentation are amazing. This video also reminded me to order the anti-rodent tape that Honda uses (some other company makes it but their name escapes me). Thank you for sharing, Brin!

I watched your video and I found the same exact thing believe it or not same spot! About 4 or 5 tiny wires I need to repair. Hey thanks for this video I thought it was my battery or my starter. But then I had head lights/horn and door locks but no radio/ windows or air.

Hi Brin, good case study as always. Question. Wouldn't using a incandescent test light still cause damage if that wire happen to be a PCM sensitive circuit. How about using a "computer safe" test light or using your your body as a resistance by touchig B+ with one hand and the circuit with the other, while monitoring scan data for a response? How about using the power probe 5v reference adapter. Thanks Brin.

I really wish guys would stop poking wires, just backprobe the damn thing. At least use proper liquid electric tape
