Roy! Thank so so much! I got a $68 side mirror full assembly and saved $300 from nit having Toyota do it for me. Got a problem. I lost one of two screws that go into the door handle site .. the top one and I don't know what size it is. What is this type of screw called with the round flange-washer looking thing on it?

Thanks for the share. The plastic piece behind the inside door handle rattles so I just wanted to know how to pry it off and then I’ll put some rubber behind it so that it doesn’t do that anymore.
