The penske Rear Shock is a game changer, I have one on my Judge and I have the rear lifted about an inch and a half. I'm working with a guy in Ukraine to make me a set of the fork cap extensions like yours. Also if you want to bring the rear up a little more for cheap, you can put an older set of shock links from a pre 2008 kingpin or similar.
@3_AM Жыл бұрын
Yes I’ve heard great things about the Penske as well. As for the rear , that’s what’s on there an older kingpin shock the brought it up about an inch. Thanks for watching. Hopefully you’ll subscribe and check out some of our other victory content !
@sludge3587 Жыл бұрын
@3 Amigos MotorSports not just the shock, but the shock links as well, aka "dogbones" the older bikes links are a little bit shorter in length than the new bikes.

Would you recommend this seat by BMC? I’ve been looking all over for a high back seat like this for my Vegas. Looks like the back is a lot higher and offers more support than the other Corbin solos I’ve seen on steel frames

I know this is an older video but I really want mid controls on my Victory.....kingpin, I know I know but like you if i want my legs out on highway, there is engine guard. who did your work on the putting the mids in and, where did you find them because there are none on ebay, witchdoctors or anyplace else ive looked. Thanks in advance if you get to this, I love your bike wish i could have waited to buy one before i got the kingpin.
@3_AMАй бұрын
@@danielmulvihill9179 thanks for watching. I did all the work on the bike. As for mid controls they are very hard to come by. They came stock on the Judges. I was able to get a set from a friend. Your best option would be to look on the victory Facebook forums, there may be someone willing to trade or sell.

Great bike, nice video. I presently have a Triumph Bonneville T-120 Black and absolutely love it. I'm currently in the market for a Vic HB and would love to own one. My only reservations is that parts (including aftermarket pipes and torque tubes) are getting harder and harder to find. OEM parts for the Vic? Forget about it! Love the bike and the brand. Hated to see them go. Wish there was more availability for parts though. Any feedback you can give would be appreciated. Thanks man!

What did you do with the wire harnesses in the original light bucket I'm doing a build very similar to this thanks for the inspiration do you mind if I ask some more questions?
@3_AM3 жыл бұрын
No problem, I extended all the factory harnesses. The hand controls are internally wired and the Speedo wiring comes up the center covered in loom. I had a friend who likes wiring. Instead of cutting and soldering lengths in at two ends he de pined all the factory plug ends , soldered 10” or so on the ends , re crimped every pin on each wire to then clicked them back into the plug ends. It was a process but it looks better than factory .

Mounting is pretty straightforward, hairspray works will for grips , cover your tank with something while you’re working to prevent scratches. You may need extended cables for the gunner . It will be close ! Thanks for watching, don’t forgot to Subscribe 👍🏻

I have a 2008 kingpin I think the fuel pump went out, and the Air filter is so dirty. Can your filter keep it from starting up? I put an after market pump on it, and it still won't crank!!!!! I heard that those after market pumps weren't worth putting on but this is the first one that I have dealt with.
@3_AM3 жыл бұрын
The fuel pump shouldn't prevent the bike from cranking. That sounds more like an electrical issue regarding the battery or starter.
@rpmfreak91503 жыл бұрын
@@3_AM the bike turns over just fine, but it's not getting any fuel. I could hear the fuel pump kicking in until it stopped working. The bike starts up when you are using ether but it doesn't stay running.
