They need to keep those hands up to block or deflect kicks to the head. Seems every clip it's the same thing, kick to an unprotected head.

it’s no head, back, legs, or crotch hits, one point for torso hits, two points for head kicks or jump torso hits, three for jump head kicks. it’s a pretty fair and simple system, i would know as im an ata student

Lmao. Yeah i do TKD. (ITF/TRADITIONAL) I would admit that 50-65% of our TKD fan HAS some half ass sparring. In my style, they normally have the hands down to.

Estafas como el programa legacy y la pésima calidad del equipamiento que venden y que casi obligan a comprar. Todos los gimnasios son iguales porque todos salen del mismo manual de cómo ser un estafador profesional. Y ni hablar de su estilo mediocre de taekwondo y la nula efectividad de lo que enseñan en la vida real.
